Contacts missing on device
First let’s check if the phone is compliant. Open Intune.
The red exclamation next to the device “you are current using” means the phone is not compliant for some reason. Click on the device to find out why.
Click Update
Click Continue
In this case, we need to set a 6-digit PIN (password). Click password and set a new PIN.
Once complete, the device will become compliant. The red apostrophe should disappear. It may take a few minutes, and you may need to refresh the page (swipe down).
Open Outlook. Emails should sync and be up to date.
Click Apps (bottom right) then Contacts. You should see the Outlook contacts synced or start to sync.
If you now open your Contacts app you will see the same contacts.
