Mobile device Operating System, Play Store and Intune updates:
- check for and install any Android system updates (this can take some time, make sure connected to Wi-Fi)
settings -> software update -> download and install
- check for and install any Play Store updates
play store -> tap circle in top right -> Manage app and device -> if showing updates available tap Update all -> tap see details to show progress
restart device and do this again as some times more updates are available after other updates are installed, should show All apps up to date when done
- check Intune app version and perform sync
open Intune app -> tap 3 dashes top left -> tap about ->Version date in middle of screen should be around current year and month (if not let us know)
tap back arrow top left -> tap the device with description 'you are currently using' -> tap SYNC (may need to scroll down to see this)
